Log In Requirements
To use the PaymentNet Mobile website, you must have the following:
- A smart phone with Android™or Apple®
iOS operating system
- A current J.P. Morgan Corporate, Purchasing, or One CardSM account
- Login information including your User ID and Password
If you do not have an account, or if you need assistance accessing the mobile site, please contact J.P. Morgan Customer Service by calling the number on the back of your card.
Log In
To log in to PaymentNet Mobile, enter your User ID and Password, and tap Log In.
If you don't know your User ID, tap Forgot User ID. See Forgot your Organization ID or User ID.
If you can't remember your password, tap Forgot Password. See
Forgot your Password.
When you log in, you may be prompted to enter your Organization ID. This information was sent to you in an email, along with your User ID and a temporary password, when your account was created. If you don't know your Organization ID, tap
Forgot Org/User ID.
Forgot your Password
If you can't remember your password:
- Tap
Forgot Password.
- Enter your User ID and email address, and tap Next.
- Tap
Get Access Code
to receive an access code by email. If you already have an access code, tap
I Have An Access Code.
Note that your access code is valid for 15 minutes and can only be used once. If you need to have a new access code sent to you, tap
Get Another Access Code. Tap OK to close the confirmation message.
- Enter or paste your access code from the email, then tap Next. By default, your mobile device will be registered so that you won't need to request an access code the next time you log in. If you don't want to register your device, set
Register Device to No.
- Enter a new password, then enter it again to confirm. Be sure that your password meets the requirements displayed on the screen.

Next.
- If you entered your password the same way in both fields and it meets the requirements, a confirmation message displays. Tap Continue
to return to the Log In screen and complete the login process with your new password.
If you don't know your User ID, tap Forgot User ID. See Forgot your Organization ID or User ID.

Forgot your Organization ID or User ID
If you can't remember your Organization ID or your User ID:
- Tap Forgot User ID (or tap Forgot Org/User ID).
- Enter your email address and tap Next. If this email address matches the address saved in your profile, an email with your Organization ID and User ID will be sent to you.
- Tap < Login to return to the Log In screen and enter this information.
